The Social Secretary at Securex is strongly committed to digitization. To digitise the flow of outgoing invoices, the Secretariat decided to use the Peppol standard. Securex chose the IxorDocs e-invoicing portal as the perfect solution.
The e-invoicing portal of IxorDocs is a web application in which invoices in PDF format can be uploaded and transformed into the UBL format requested by Peppol.

Because the social secretariat wanted to set up a fully automated flow of outgoing invoices, without manual validation of the transformed data, Ixor developed a custom AI model. A rule based system was not an option as the variation in invoice templates is too large.
The AI model developed by Ixor recognizes the necessary data from the PDF and converts it to UBL. This UBL can be easily read by the clients or the accounting packages of Securex clients.
Securex is a satisfied client. The number of documents processed at Securex through IxorDocs is increasing.
